We are looking for an exceptional and experienced female only Mortgage Broker to join our awesome, fun loving, sometimes singing, mortgage broking firm to assist our clients reach their property dreams.

The role may appeal to existing Bankers, Relationship Managers, Mortgage Specialists and is ideal for those with experience in sales, real estate and finance, who believe they should be earning more.

What will you be doing?

  • You will conduct marketing campaigns, generate leads and build relationships with potential clients and referral partners.

  • Assist with building a network of women in finance and property so there will be some fun networking.

  • Your everyday workplace can be from home. However, we would like you to attend networking events and meet our referral partners in person as required.

  • Follow up on all leads personally obtained and/or provided by us.

  • Conduct fact finding interviews

  • Coordinate loan files

  • Provide accurate and timely updates to customers during the loan application lift cycle

  • Develop new business and ensure recurring business from clients

  • Build networking and referral systems

  • Analyse applicant’s financial situation and provide possible loan solutions

  • Evaluate financial histories, salary slips and tax information

  • Verify borrower’s income and credit information


About you:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Financial and Mortgage Broking Management


  • Ideally 2 years or more within the industry

  • MFAA or FBAA Membership

  • Current (National) Police check

  • A high level of professionalism at all times

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure and volume environment

  • Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly

  • Highly organised and motivated

  • Ability to work autonomously and use initiative
